Loft d’Arte – Simplicity, space and flexibility

Elegant open-space loft of approximately 100 sqm, located on the second floor of a renovated former industrial building. The interiors are spacious, functional and well organised, enhanced by large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide excellent natural light throughout the day. The living area is welcoming and versatile, ideal for social moments. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen blends perfectly into the space.

Inside the apartment you will find carefully selected artistic elements that reflect the concept of an artistic loft, creating a distinctive and original atmosphere.

The loft features two bedrooms: one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds that, upon request, can be converted into a double. The bathrooms, comfortable and well finished, are equipped with rainfall showers for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

📍 Strategic and authentic location: 12 minutes from Piazzale Roma Terminal (ideal for guests arriving from the airport by bus) and 10 minutes from the train station. Several waterbus lines depart just outside the building, making it easy to cross the city and reach the lagoon islands.

Only 2 minutes on foot from Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio, one of the most loved squares among Venetians for its lively and authentic atmosphere. A short walk away is also Campo dei Frari, home to the famous church that houses masterpieces by great artists, including Tiziano. The area offers restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and all essential services.
