Well located spacious flat

Lovely spacious flat in a great location. If I could change anything I would like bathroom renovated more but overall we were very happy with the flat.

- Lits très inconfortables, très vieux oreilles, inconfortable et non propres et draps qui sentent la saleté - Imposible pour personne handicapée, plus de 10 marches en montant et descendent, pourtant ils nous ont confirmé que c’était ok - Manque cafe - Manque papier toilette - Savon douche dilué - Savon vaisselle dilué - Micro-onde non fonctionnel - 165$ pour femme de ménage quand il faut laisser tout propre sinon il y a une surcharge $ - Impossible de dormir avec la quantité de moustiques on a du prendre du benadril

Très bien situé. En revanche, quartier et appartement bruyant (fenêtres en simple vitrage), difficile de dormir avant 1h du matin. La chaudière à gaz fait également du bruit continuellement et elle n'est pas séparée par une porte. Si bien que la chambre qui est à côté et sur la rue est vraiment trop bruyante. Sinon, excellent accueil et contact.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a wonderful old building. There is an elevator - or about 60 stairs (good exercise!) to get there. The photos are exactly what you'll find. From the living room window you can see the domes and tower of San Marco. At 7 a.m. each morning you hear the bells. Kitchen has everything you need, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, and good-sized refrigerator. There are pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. We didn't cook in the apartment because of all the great food choices within a 2 minute walk of the apartment. Check-in was easy, with good communication between the owner, her agent, and us. Map to find the exact location is a bit confusing. Look for the green doors next to Restaurante Centrale. Beds were comfortable, though a thick mattress pad would help as the mattresses are spring-based. We kept the windows closed most of the time, but tiny bugs still found their way in. (There all over Venice.) We used the plug-in devices that were provided for the bugs, but still found ourselves searching for tiny mosquitos before shutting the lights at night, otherwise we would certainly have some bites by morning. Overall, a very nice space to spend a week in Venice. Ideal for three or four people. Wonderful location that was clean, safe, and quiet. We hope to come back!
