Prestigious apartment with large square footage, located on the second floor with an elevator.

The apartment has a large and charming entrance hall with high ceilings and marmorino decorations. Entering we find ourselves directly in the living area with an open space consisting of a living room with a comfortable white leather sofa, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a dining area, and a large terrace equipped with tables and sofas, where you can comfortably dine and relax. Next, we find a first full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom.
From both rooms, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Grand Canal that will allow you to admire the historic Venetian regatta.

Our guests will enjoy amenities such as free wi-fi connection throughout the apartment, and individual heating and air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

We had a wonderful time staying here while we vacationed in Venice. It is in a great location if you want to be close to the train station but also close enough to walk around the city. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby - even a grocery store. Me, my wife and two small children had a great time.

Great location close to the main drag, with Grand Canal views from the bedrooms (and one bathroom!). Because of the proximity to the Grand Canal, it's not the quietest apartment, but the location is fabulous for getting to everything without being right in the crush of the St. Mark's square area. Our party of two couples found it comfortable for our needs.

Spacious apartment directly on the Grand Canal, with amazing views from the bedroom windows and small balcony off of the bathroom (not sure if that was the original layout ;) Perfect for our family of four. Communication with the host team was fantastic through VRBO and WhatsApp, and they also helped coordinate additional activities in Venice as well as a ride to the airport.

The property was very good in every aspect. If at all I have to say something negative then it is the staircase which was steep but then you are in Venice. Very good property and very good property manager. Allowed us to check in early.

I miss being there already! Perfect location, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, and clean. Many options for restaurants, shops and groceries within a 5 min walk. 10 min or less easy walk from train station and water bus. We felt safe, neighborhood was lovely, air conditioning kept us cool on days that were high 90’s. We would love to visit Venice again, and will definitely be booking this apartment again! We loved the property! Sitting at the window and enjoying the activity on the main canal was great. We could walk or take the water bus conveniently. Entrance to property was secluded which we liked. We would have liked to have a freezer available.

The apartment is just like the pictures. You can look out the windows and watch the vaparetti and boats go by. The one suggestion I would make is you need to supply a coffee maker. Other than that we ate in two nights on the balcony, it was lovely

Great location and apartment. Wonderful views from every room. Everything was perfect and needed nothing while we were there. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very big in size that could hold a large family. We really enjoyed the location and not having to take luggage all the way across the city on the uneven walks. Close to the water bus but far enough away from the main hustle and bustle of the main alleys. You and just sit for hours watching the boats on the canal. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your apartment, hope to visit again soon.

The location is very convenient, loccated a short walk from the train station. The directions were misleading and took us over an hour to locate. The apartment is very nice, but for our viist the necessities like coffee k-cups, paper towels, kleenex, all were missing. Only had an old sponge to use in the kitchen, no paper towels or napkins. Only 4 coffee k-cups for 4 adults for a 2 day stay were provided. Wifi password was incorrect and had to call for correct one. The elevator/lift was nice and the stairway steps were filthy dirty and with cob webs. All reported to management for hopeful improvement for future guests.

Getting to the unit was interesting … it’s not hard to find but it is tucked away in a back corner of an alley. The entry into the building was not impressive however the unit itself was very nice. Very spacious, all bedroom windows and a small balcony off the master bath opening to the grand canal. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. A short walk to the train station with no canals to cross so it was easy to get our luggage there. We enjoyed our stay

The location was great as it was very close to the train station, about a 5-7 min walk. It is not very close to the tourist sites, however, it is very easy to walk to the sites. We enjoyed the walk as there was always something interesting to see and discover. The place was very clean and spacious. There is a small grocery store and pharmacy nearby, about a 3 min walk, which is very convenient. The view of the canal from the room was great. The directions provided were very accurate. I would just mention that the handle for the gate does require a bit of strength to open. The only thing I would recommend that would have made the trip better is that it would have been nice to have more extra blankets and pillows. It was a bit chilly for us and the pillows were very flat (although that seems to be very common in Italy). We would definitely stay there again.
