Good location as it’s next to Rialto bridge. Outside of building is a bit outdated, but inside looks ok. There is only AC in kitchen. Fans in bedroom and living room. Spacious bathroom, but very tiny shower. Quick response from Moreno for any questions. One thing I don’t feel comfortable is owner inspected the property while we’re staying.

Nous avons passé un très bon we en famille ! L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10' de tout .. Il est aussi bien isolé du bruit. Je conseille vivement.

Nice stay near a few feet form the Rialto Bridge

The apartment was a cute little apartment only a few feet from the Rialto Bridge in Venice. It was a great location if you want to be in the vicenity of all the major historic sites, restaurants and the amazing Venice shops. The things I would recommend you bring to Venice even during the summer months is long pants like jeans, at least one hoodie or sweatshirt and a blanket or two as it can get a little chilly at night. Overall the host Morena was very friendly and provided a binder with information that you may need about the apartment and maps for the city of Venice if it is your first time visiting. Morena also will communicate with you via text messages and phone calls so make sure you have an international data plan if you are traveling from the United States. WiFi at the apartment was excellent and fast with WiFi 6 if your devices support it. There is a kitchen with a full fridge and freezer and a gas range if you plan on staying longer. Kitchen supplies like pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons everthing you may need. There was no salt, pepper or basic condiments so if you need these the are some grocery markets near by only minutes from the apartment. Make sure you are aware that this booking may be non-refundable so be 100% sure before booking.
