Its location is excellent due to its proximity to the railway station and bus station. Moreover, in just 2 minutes, you can reach the vaporetto stops that can take you around the city.
The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The building has a communal terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with an enchanting view of historic buildings and passing gondolas. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
