Great family stay!

Venice Apartment

Host was attentive and a great communicator. Provided suggestions on how to best get to property and had someone waiting to meet us when we got off the Water Bus. We were provided with great information as to spots to get great meals, drinks, and helped us to avoid tourist traps.Once we got our bearings it was easy to navigate the sights in Venice we planned to see and to explore the side streets and the roads less traveled.The property was comfortable and spacious, although the common areas were warm as they did not have dedicated AC units like the bedrooms. However, we couldn't complain as after a day full of exploration we were all ready to retire to our bedroom and relax.I would recommend this property and would rent again if our travels take us back to Venice.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The steps to get to the apartment was a lot, but we did it. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect location

The flat was just what we needed for our group of four, gave you the authentic feel of Venice. Right off the grand Canal, easy to find, perfect neighborhood. We would wander the neighborhood, get lost in the streets, find a little café and sit and have Drinks. Would definitely stay again, the host was very receptive, the washer and dryer made it perfect.

Great Place

Valentina was a very helpful and accessible host, the apartment is 'huge' with three large bedrooms, a large kitchen, comfortable living room, a 2nd floor that is large and very useful as study o play area and a nice altana on top. Close to canal, vaparetto stop, market, restaurants and myriad stores (and a great wine store!)

Extraordinary pleasant stay.

Everything: apartment, location, services - exceeded expectation. The huge 2 level apartment would be good for 6 people and we were only 4. Modern , well stuffed kitchen, big comfortable beds, 3 full baths. The property is located in the heart of Venice, by picturesque Realto market, 5 min to Realto bridge, 10-15 min to Saint Marco. Service was excellent the manager very accessible and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

A few days in Venice

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Venice at the apartment. Valentina met us at the Orologio hotel and took us to the apartment. She explained everything and gave us great tips about getting around Venice. The location was great…very near to the Rialto market. The accommodations were very comfortable for 4 people (2 couples). The fish market, which is very nearby, is amazing. Our highlights were a cicchetti tour with Alessandro (of Rick Steves Venice tour guide) and a sunset gondola ride.

Great location in Venice!

We recently stayed 2 nights at this apartment in Venice and it was perfect for us! We had 4 adults and had plenty of room. Each bedroom has an AC. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you need. It is located in the heart of Venice and a short walk (5-10 minutes) to water taxis, San Marco Square, restaurants, etc. Valentina made the check in and check out process very easy and was available for any questions we had. I highly recommend staying at this place if you plan on visting Venice with a group of 4 or less adults!

Perfect location.

Apartment is centrally located with easy access to all the sites. Host ambassador Marco met us at the waterbus stop and guided us to the residence upon arrival which was very helpful. He made several recommendations which were spot on and familiarized us with travel throughout the city either on foot or by waterbus. Valentina was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our needs and concerns. Her flexibility for both checkin and checkout was appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Lovely flat in a GREAT and quiet location

The flat was perfect for our group of 4. It was clean, the beds were super comfy and the AC in the bedrooms was perfect! The roof terrace was nice for morning coffee; it was too hot during our stay for anything else. With the windows and shutters closed it stayed nice and cool inside while we were out all day, and there were plenty of ice cube trays in the freezer. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with key staples like salt and pepper, and there was a broad assortment of “back up” toiletries, nice touch! The location was GREAT, right between 2 vaporetto stops, so getting around was a breeze. Heading a bit west took us into a more “local” neighborhood and out of most of the hustle and bustle. We sat and watched dogs and kids play every day! Valentina is excellent with info and response time, answering my questions usually within moments of me hitting send! Our only hiccup was a mis-communication with exactly where to meet Mario, who did the handoff in Valentina’s absence, but we got it sorted out. And it’s 3 flights up, so plan late night festivities accordingly :) I definitely recommend this flat!!!

Fantastic stay

This was a wonderful property— close to everything but still quiet; clean and exactly like the pictures; and well appointed with everything we might need. It was also huge, with more than enough room for 5 people. Plus Valentina and Irene would incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved every minute and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Welcome to Venezia!

My husband and I brought our 2 teenage sons (16 & 17) for their first trip to Europe, starting in Venice. This home was perfect for our needs - we each had our own room, plenty of living area space for when we needed a short break from sightseeing. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the house was immaculately clean. The location was on a quiet street, just on the edge of the Rialto market area - easy to get to everywhere we wanted to explore.

Wonderful Vacation

The property was in a beautiful location, near many great attractions but far enough to not be in the middle of a tourist trap. Very clean and fantastic communication with the host. We felt very safe and at home. Everything you need was right there. we could not have asked for a better home, location or host!

Fabulous!

Fantastic stay, awesome location! Wonderful communication with hosts, Valentina & Mario, complete with personal greeting at boat deck! First visit to Venice, Valentina was so helpful in preparing us for travel options to get to-/from apartment and restaurant selections. Mario kindly assisted with check-in, he was so patient with us. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for our group of 3 couples, WiFi was awesome. We highly recommend this apartment, and will rebook when we come back to beautiful Venezia!
