Stylish living: newly renovated apartment in Palazzo with balcony and canal view

  • Beautiful spacious apartment in an old palazzo completely restored, overlooking the canal of Cannaregio. 40sqm with balcony, dinning area, large kitchen with a second dinning area, two bedrooms (one with own balcony to the canal) 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. 3 TV one in salone and two in both bedrooms, air con, 12 windows, very bright.
    Feel the real atmosphere of Venice, First floor, very easy access, 5 min from the main station without stairs, 10min from Rialto

    The apartment is very spacious (100sqm) and has typical Venezian floors, classic entrance and 12 windows in total. A mix of antique and high level furnitures, luxury equipped kitchen, king size beds, all TV's are ambilight and compatible with smart phones, super fast wifi with 200MB / sec.

It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great amentinities!

Check in was a breeze and host let us drop off bags early, as well as texted us suggestions of places to eat/ see/ do. They even stocked the fridge with basic necessities and the bathrooms and more than just basic items. Would stay here again!

Alessia’s apartment was well appointed and located in the heart of Venice overlooking one of the hundreds of canals . We were not bothered by the street noise at all and appreciated Alessia’s communication , the comfortable beds and pillows, cleanliness and well appointed kitchen . Eclectic elegance in Canneregio

Eclectic mix of modern and traditional Venetian furniture, amenities and accessories! The apartment is in an excellent area with a beautiful view. Close to wonderful restaurants, markets, bakeries, and away from the touristy areas. Felt like a local for a few special days. Highly recommend! Host was really helpful and made us feel like home.

Wonderful place to stay

My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son stayed here for 2 nights while in Venice. Our host Ale was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. She gave us many local suggestions during our stay. The place is immaculate, with a great location close to the train station, and a wonderful view of the canal right outside your door. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place with a great host.

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights in this super clean, spacious apartment, perfectly situated a short walk from the train station, yet out of the main tourist section. We were able to walk everywhere, going as far as Piazza San Marco 30 minutes away. Loved being nestled in a more residential area to get more of a local vibe. Alessia was an amazing host, welcoming us upon arrival, accommodating a late check out and providing several great recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the rain. On our second night, the storms were so significant, the canal overflowed onto our street. We chose not to go far from the apartment for dinner and simply ate in the restaurant downstairs. Absolutely wonderful stay.

This was our first visit to Venice and booking this property made the trip absolutely wonderful. Prior to arrival, Martin and Alessia helped us with recommendations and detailed information about organizing parking and using the water bus system. The property location is situated in a less busy area, overlooking the canal, yet close to many tourist attractions. The water busses are nearby for easy access to further activities. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, well renovated but keeping the charm of an historical experience. Very clean, high ceilings, two full bathrooms, full kitchen and dining, large family room. The amount of space was a welcome surprise. Alessia was accommodating as we were travelling by car and our arrival timing was somewhat unpredictable. Her restaurant and sight seeing suggestions were very helpful. We had a great trip and highly recommend this property.

Bellissima!

This property was perfect and gave us a feel like we had stepped back in time yet was well equipped with all the modern needs such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even consumables including water, coffee, dish, and bath soap. The view of the canal was priceless, which also made it easy to take a private water taxi from the airport direct to the front of the property as it is also in a very convenient location being a short walking distance to the train station, water taxi stops. Our host Alessia was amazing! She kept in constant communication with us, helping arrange a private water taxi and recommendations for places to eat and shop for real Murano glass as we did not have the time to make it over to Murano. Being a family of three, having two separate bathrooms was great along with having a TV in the rooms for our son to watch Netflix. Besides this property being just amazing we can’t say enough about Alessia as she went above and beyond including meeting us the morning, we departed by train for Florence offering to hold our luggage for us if needed, restaurant recommendations in Florence and later after we left going back and logging our son out of his Netflix account. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Venice, it is well worth it!

Perfect Venice Retreat: A Serene and Well-Equipped Condo

Our stay was truly exceptional. The condo was situated above a charming restaurant, yet it was wonderfully quiet and serene, providing our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) with the peace and tranquility we desired. The location cannot not be beat, offering a perfect blend of convenience and calm. The house itself was immaculate and exactly as pictured in the profile. It was furnished with everything we needed, including an iron that was particularly useful for our planned family photos. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and extra bedding, making it perfect for our family of six. The air conditioning worked phenomenally, which was a blessing during the summer (unlike other high end hotels we stayed at on our trip). Additionally, the fridge was stocked with yogurt, juice, and milk upon our arrival, adding a thoughtful touch to our stay. The hostess, Alessia, greeted us warmly and provided invaluable tips for our trip. Despite not having pre-planned this part of our Venice vacation, her recommendations, especially for dining, were on point for our family of 6, a highlight being a breakfast spot she suggested, just a three-minute walk away, where we enjoyed delicious croissants (try the pistachio ones - they are different than others), making the end of our Italy vacation even more amazing. Understanding our need for a hearty American breakfast and dinner, she recommended several places that satisfied our cravings. I highly recommend this for a Venice vacay!
