The room was very clean and well equipped. The building was with a locked gate so it we felt safe. We came from Treviso airport and airport bus stopped close to the property. There was also a Coop next to the stop so we were able to grab some snacks. It was easy to go to Venice island. The bus and tram stop was around the corner and they ran frequently. The only minus was that the rooms were not very soundproof and we could hear other guests.

very bad attention the lady has no work ethic none very arrogant and conceited she had to enter the room at 2 and she gave it to me at 4 having other rooms available very bad person a lot of noise in the room the bathroom broken the door the air broken It didn't work and I told her to go see me and she told me that her working hours had ended when she was sleeping she went into my room which seemed very disrespectful to me I don't recommend this place because I think humility has to be above it all

The accomodation is in a really nice quiet gated area with a lovely garden. It feels very safe and is so close to cafès, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. There is also a bus stop just outside which takes you straight to Venice in a short trip. Our room was very clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and there were blackout blinds which ensured a good sleep. We also had a very spacious bathroom with extra storage which was lovely after having travelled around to so many different places in the last month, many of which were far more cramped. The bathroom was also incredibly clean and we had more than enough towels. The host was so helpful when we arrived early and allowed us an early check in. Upon arrival there were a few documents in the room with helpful information - we used the restaurant guide provided to find a place for dinner each night. The only downside to this accomodation was that sometimes I could hear people from other rooms (and I assume they could hear me to). This only bothered me one night for about an hour or so but otherwise it was fine. I would definitely stay here again!

I already didn't recieve the invoice for my staying, even when is more than 9 days I left the B&B and requested before to going there... I don't know this staying is gonna be a trouble for me. Not a serious place to stay
