The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.
In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.
The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed.A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.

Comfortable stay in a a perfect location

We enjoyed a seamless check in and stay at this charming and spacious apartment in central Venice. Easy access to the local sights and a safe and comfortable neighborhood. Gian Maria was a great host and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Perfect location!

Great apartment

Thank goodness for great A/C in apartment. An extra fan would be nice in bedroom. Needed more towels too. Location was hard to navigate but I think that’s just Venice. Host was wonderful. Great communication.

Great place in the heart of Venice

The property was located very close to the Santa Lucia train station and were able to walk to all of Venice very easily. The property easily slept 6 adults and had AC! The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Plus we were able to do a quick load of laundry since there was a washer and dryer.

Great accommodation, Great location!!

This beautiful little apartments location couldn't be more perfect. Within walking distance of the train station, great food, the Rialto Bridge, and a water taxi port. Apartment had ample room for the 5 adults. Three in one room, and two in the other (can sleep 6 in total). Was so hard finding affordable accommodation in Venice for the 5 of us. So glad we stumbled upon this little gem.

Great place in Venice. Super clean!

Gian Maria was very responsive to questions and had the room early when we arrived earlier than originally planned. Away from most of the crowds - the street was a little loud but by 11 pm (on a Saturday) had quieted down. Did not see a grill or hot tub but didn’t have a need for those in a cool November. Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Venice!

great location

We had a great time in Venice. We got some great tips on were to eat and how to get around. We even did some laundry while we were there. In venice you can walk to everything so make sure you are able to walk around. Go explore. The only thing we forgot to do is close the windows at night. Being on the water there are mosquito's and 2 of my kids got bit up bad. Other than that mistake i would recommend this place.

This sweet apartment was very clean and everything we needed was available. Gian Maria Micheletti was very kind and helpful. The apartment is centrally located too. Gian, I would suggest putting a map on the table for future guests. ?? We were not able to use our cell phone/Google Map so we had some problems finding places. But let me be clear, this was a very VERY nice vacation home!!

Hidden gem

Venice is beautiful, as long as you do not stay too long at the major tourist attractions. Gian’s appartement is situated in a beautiful and very authentic part of Venice. Walking distance (12 minutes) from Piazzala Roma. Functional and clean apartment with two bedrooms where I stayed with my family of five. Communication with Gina is first class. Super responsive, very helpful and has great suggestions. He is a proud Venetian with lot of connections in the neighbourhood. We just stayed for one day and one night, and truly enjoyed it!

Wonderful apartment. Excellent host

We have just spent two nights in this fabulous apartment and wish we could have stayed longer. It is super convenient, very close to Santa Lucia train station for arrival and close to water bus stations. It is in a lovely area with restaurants and bars close by. The host could not have been any more helpful. He met us and took us to the apartment and was easily accessible throughout our stay. The apartment is incredibly well stocked with all essentials (plus more) and there is a supermarket around the corner to buy what you need. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation and will be telling all our friends back home to stay here. Hopefully we will be back.

Nice Apartment in the Heat of Venice

This apartment is in fact in the heart of Venice and easy to get to all the major sites. The owner met us and showed us the way to the apartment, which would have been hard to find the first time without his help. The apartment is roomy and the bed is comfortable. The major complaint is that the kitchen doesn't have a toaster. The decorations or a little dated and could your a female touch. The bedroom furniture is also dated but functional. We felt safe walking around at night. The owner was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and how to make the most of your stay in Venice.

Great Stay - great Host

Gian Maria was very knowledgeable and communicated with us constantly, before, after and during our stay. He let us keep our luggage in the apartment in the early morning let us enjoy Venezia carefree. Apartment in a quiet, safe neighbourhood mins from everything, including a grocery store!

Great place in Venice

The apartment was perfect for our family. There were great restaurants and gelato right outside the door. Everything was walkable. He was very responsive and checked in to make sure our visit was going well. Highly recommended!!!
