Palazzo Vendramin-Costa Artist Studio-Loft

This luxurious apartment with great working airconditiong in its typical Venetian floors is situated in Cannaregio, which is probably the most authentic area in Venice. It is situated on the first floor ( piano nobile) of the beautifully restored 15th century Palazzo Vendramin-Costa alongside Fondamenta Vendramin.

Much thought has been given to the interior dynamics with a lot of smart solutions respecting the original settings. The apartment is designed to be a second home for the owners who only rent it out temporarily.The renown Roman artist Andrea Aquilanti ( Biënnale - Italian Pavilion 2015 ) has created the central art-piece in the living room, an installation in which he brought the outer and inner elements of the Palazzo together in a visual feast where time seems to come to a stop.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2017-2018. It has an Arclinea kitchen with all amenities including Alessi cookware, Miele induction stove and oven and chef-knives.
It is air-conditioned and the wi-fi is connected to the Vodaphone fibre-network.
The very spacious bathroom has the classical Italian setting including a bidet, a 'carwash' shower and a Bosch-AEG washer-dryer of the latest generation.
All furniture is provided either by Venetian based Boselli-arredamenti including Spectrum or Lago.
A number of principles have been clearly recognisable: functionalist design and items of furniture with no embellishment, whose beauty was determined by the well thought-out and carefully balanced form and proportion of it.
