The Balconies of this Piano Nobile over look a wide quiet canal. It has a watergate and picturesque courtyard entrance.
The Four Large Double bedrooms (complete with air-conditioning and satellite TV) are serviced by 3 Luxurious marbled bathrooms.

This was amazing place to stay in for our 5th trip to Italy. The property was laid out perfectly for our large group and we had common space as well as perfectly laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host Jane and her son Michael were incredibly helpful throughout our trip-especially patient in view of a few hiccups with planes and train issues. Castello is incredibly quiet-local and added to the overall experience.

Very nicely renovated historical property. Ideal for multiple couples or large family. Close enough to major tourist centers but quiet and off the beaten path at the same time. Luigi, the owner was the best. A 5* host who always delivered on anything he promised. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location was absolutely perfect for vacation with our adult kids. Restaurants nearby were excellent. Host went out of her way to help with transportation and to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful property and perfect location

This is our second time staying at this property. The decor is absolutely stunning and if you enjoy cooking you will love the kitchen. The location is in a perfect tranquil part of Venice that is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to some great piazzas. We absolutely love this place.

Spacious Villa!

This was an exceptional 4 bedroom, large living room/dining room area! We simply loved it! It was nicely located in quiet area of Venice, within walking distance to San Marco and the Rialto Bridge! Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Stay

Our family of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 7) had a wonderful stay. The apartment is enormous and can accommodate many more people than we had. There was so much space to enjoy relaxing after a long day exploring Venice! The host provided some essentials in the kitchen including some snacks/breakfast food that was greatly appreciated. They coordinated our water taxi upon arrival and departure and we were able to get private service up to the building, saving us so much time and effort, it was perfect with the little ones. The host also offered to coordinate a trip to Murano, however we opted to do this on our own.It was a wonderful stay and the balcony was great to just look out and see the canals and feel the weather each morning! We’d love to return one day!

Venice Gem!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 7. The location was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see, but also in a neighborhood where we could have our morning espresso and evening dinner with the locals. Jane was a wonderful host helping us throughout our entire stay. We would definitely choose this location again!

Amazing Apartment in Venice

This apartment was amazing. We all found the apartment spacious and very comfortable. Easy walk to a grocery store, many restaurants and all the sights we wanted to see! Would recommend staying here. Exactly as described!

Property is perfect for staying in Venice and enjoying the sights and sounds. Every morning a gondolier passed by the apartment singing to his customers, perfect way to start the day. Apartment is large and comfortable, close to many attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Jane and her son Michael were wonderful hosts.

Our palace!!

Eight of us enjoyed everything about Alamo Muazzo. Good beds, private bathrooms, convenient vaporetto stops, and attentive hosts all added to our stay in Venice. Both Jane and husband Luigi greeted us and explsa the workings of the washer, the keys, etc. We visited the nearby Coop for breakfast foods in addition to the snack, fruit, yogurt, and milk Jane provided. We would highly recommend this accommodation for your next group visit to Venice.

Large, comfortable, beautiful property

Hosts arranged transportation for us from the airport and were already waiting for us with groceries. Explained the check in/check out process clearly. The property is large, has a big kitchen, nice rooms and bathrooms, beautiful decorations and is air conditioned. The location is quiet, safe and well positioned to walk to main attractions and restaurants.

Fantastic Venetian Getaway

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. The location was perfect…quiet, on a canal, off the tourist path but nice walks to all the big sites. Jane and her family were a huge help leading up to the trip, at check in and check out, and if we had a question while we were there. The apartment itself is lovely…spacious for our family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. We hope to return one day! Venice is magical and we would absolutely return to Palazzo Muazzo!

Venice for group of six

Jane and her husband Luigi were nice hosts greeting us and helpful with booking transportations (water taxi). The property location is good. The property has high-end appliances but lacks maintenance. Cleanliness of the property can be improved. There were some stains on towel and beddings. Bathroom (drawers, showers etc) are also not thoroughly cleaned. Regardless, it was a decent stay overall.

Meraviglioso Property

The Muazzo Palace was perfect for the eight members of our family: attending my daughter's wedding in Venice. Although it was very hot at the time of our stay, the property was a welcome temperature to come back to after walking for much of the afternoon and evenings. We each had a bathroom: my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren had an adjoining room with bathroom, that worked perfectly. The view was amazing, along with the property and the furnishings. A wonderful slice of Venice

The apartment was a terrific place for our adult family holiday (7 adults, ranging gin ages from 26 to 87 years old). Location was ideal to catch the vaporetto to different islands, walk to key sites, find some great places to eat, and have a neighborhood feel. Jane and her son were great hosts and answered all our questions. My only critique is I wish living room seating was a tad more comfortable yet we loved the decor and enjoyed gathering together in the evening pre and post our adventures. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you would need. I would recommend this apartment and Jane highly!

With gondolas passing by below the balcony, beautiful artwork, high quality materials, Murano glass chandeliers, high ceilings, and a great space to congregate and enjoy a glass of wine with your group, it is everything you hope it will be for an iconic visit to Venice. Easy walks to all we wanted to see or do. Water taxi service drops you at the building. You honestly can't ask for more. The hosts were great and helped us arrange an island tour in a luxury boat as well as taxi service to the airport when we departed. Super responsive and helpful folks. We had the best time.

A beautiful stay in Venice

Muazzo Palace is a stunning apartment in a lovely spot to explore Venice. We were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for us as a base to explore the city and relax. It's in a lovely neighbourhood that's around 10-15 minutes walk from the main sights, which suited us perfectly. Lovely local restaurants and areas to explore. The apartment itself is directly on the canal front, so it was perfect to get a water taxi from the airport and be met directly at the entrance. Jane is a fantastic host and the apartment is furnished very thoughtfully and beautifully. Highly recommended for a group of friends or family. We would definitely go back next time.

Venetian getaway

This was my second time to stay in Venice. We have used VRBO in both stays and I could not think of a single reason to go any other way. We found the location of the Muazzo residence to be ideal for leisurely strolls to every attraction without being in the hustle and bustle of the busiest areas. The property was just as described with beautiful, larger than life art filling the walls of every room in the house. The beds were comfortable and private and the baths were beautifully appointed. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was addressed by the property manager immediately and professionally with limited interruption to our stay. I would recommend the Muazzo palace to anyone who wants to feel like a real Venetian in their visit.
