This was an amazing place! Strongly recommend. Central location to lots of fun activities. It was a bit of challenge to get to for first timers, but once we figured it out, it was no problem. We took a water taxi from the tronchetto parking area to get there and just took the ferry back. Place was perfect for our needs with AC in the common areas and plenty of sleeping options.

Great location & place

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location. We walked to every place we needed or a local water taxi stop was very close. The house is spacious and has everything you could need!

Perfect for two families

Beautiful property. Stayed with kids, siblings and parents splitting the two apartments-which allowed for private space but living rooms were large enough to accommodate the group. Stairs were a little tough for the elders but manageable. Happy with location and accommodation!

Great location and property for large family

Our family had a wonderful time time on this property. The split level was ideal for a large family of cousins staying together. Property manager was super attentive and the location is great in that it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to great Piazzas.

Great location and setup

We had two different families coming from two different locations and Freddy made the check in process flawless. Had a wonderful stay great location perfect set up for two families to have their own space while making it easy to spend time together as well. Highly recommend!

Great location and plenty of room!

This apartment was perfect for 4 friends traveling through Italy. It is close to the water bus drop off and dock for the Murano Ferry, and central to all the monuments you wish to see. We were able to check in early and the process went well. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again should I be traveling to Venice. Enjoy!

Amazing place to stay to explore Venice!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay at this amazing Venice apartment so much. It was just magical to be tucked on a side street overlooking a canal. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and perfectly clean.

Great apartment. Our train from Florence was delayed 3 hours but our check-in host Eli kept in touch and met us when we finally arrived. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. The location was perfect.

Great apartment on the canal

The apartment had everything we needed in a quiet yet central location. We were a group of 5 women ( mothers and daughters) and the two apartments worked well for us. Highly recommend using a water taxi to/from airport and train station as a convenient and novel option.

Venice trip 2023

This condo gave us a true feeling of how the locals lived. We enjoyed our time, and it was very close to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was spotless, and Elisa was great to work with.

Venice Canal

Our family enjoyed the dual apartments for two days. The location was fantastic and the apartments were very comfortable. Alp who checked us in was a gentleman and carried my bag up the 51 steps to the door.

Great location in Venice

Great location and large space. Two units are ideal for 2 families. On the third floor of the building with no elevator so be prepared to haul your stuff up three floors and not suitable for anyone with mobility limitations.

Enjoyed our stay in Venice

We enjoyed our stay at the apartments of the Palazzo Moazzo. Very clean. The host was flexible for our check-in which was great because our flight arrived early. Just be warned, there is a lot of stairs in the building to get to the apartment with heavy luggage. Having said that, you need to be in shape to walk around in Venice anyway! Thank you for the great stay!

Live like a local

We were met at the boat taxi station and taken to our accommodation. The host representative was very helpful in explaining the best way to get to Venice from the airport. The area was quiet and away from busy congested areas, but close enough to walk to the main areas of interest. There was a lot of walking and many stairs into the apartment, so it may not be right for all visitors.

Gorgeous views and great location! Highly recommend!

Wonderful communication with host and superceasy check in. Eight of us on a girls trip stayed in the two apartments but they felt more like one place than split unto two, so that was a nice surprise! We took a private boat from the train station and I was in contact with Nadia on our way, and she was right there to let us in when the boat dropped us off! It was perfect timing and the checkproperty absolutely seamless! The property is in a great location, not a busy area but an easy walk to main attractions. The bedrooms were absolutely beautiful, with wonderful views of the canal from the outside bedrooms, also from the living room and kitchen. They provided nice, soft towels and made it a little extra by providing slippers too. It was a very clean property, and it was nice they provided some shampoo, conditioner, etc. We didn’t cook food here but they seemed to have everything you would need to do so. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your luggage to get to the apartment so keep that in mind. It wasn't an issue for us. The only issue was the shower in 2nd floor (bottom) apartment wouldn't get warm the second norning, but we were leaving that morning so we didn't ask the host about it. Im sure they would have fixed it if we were there longer. I'd absolutely stay here again and stay longer in Venice!! Trash take-out was a bit odd... understand the need to sort trash since its a city requirement, but getting it to the right place was a bit tricky!

Beautiful apartment in a great area of Venice

We wish we could give this apartment a 5 star review! It is a comfortable beautiful apartment perfect for a big family. We were a family of 3 adult couples. There are 4 bedrooms and we were charged a fee for a 6th person. I thought that was strange with 4 bedrooms to be charged for a 6th person. The apartments have large bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, large living areas and beautiful canal views. Very quite. Unfortunately, for us the bathroom in the downstairs apartment did not have warm/hot water in the sink or shower. We contacted VRBO immediately and were told they can monitor the boilers in both apartments and they were working. The boilers were working but the hot water was not getting to the sink or shower. We were only able to use the toilet. Six of us used one shower. The owner of the apartment came to assess the problem and agreed the boiler was broken and there was no hot/warm water in the bathroom and would call a plumber. The plumber could not come and we never were able to take showers in our bathroom. VRBO should have addressed this problem and not tell the customer they don't know the difference between ice cold water and hot. Plumbing problems happen and it could have been fixed very quickly.
