The apartment features a bright and quiet double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed ideal for additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden, furnished with table and chairs.

The location is particularly convenient: just 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma, the arrival point for buses and connections with the main water buses, which will allow you to easily reach every corner of the city. Dorsoduro, with its quiet streets, museums, art galleries and typical taverns, will make your Venetian stay authentic and unforgettable.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.
