"Staff were very warm and welcoming, provided us with lots of useful information including restaurant recommendations based on what we were looking for. Breakfast was good, room was lovely! Only negative about our stay was a very noisy bar close to the hotel, music was very loud until around 11pm - this is no criticism of the hotel itself and noise was manageable with earplugs despite me being a very light sleeper. Location is perfect and we would stay here again"

"Hotel location was great close to water taxis and gondola and Saint Marks Square. Only thing was the mattress was bad and air freshener in lobby was so strong I was sneezing a lot and runny nose"
