Great location to experience the incredible city of Venice. Our family was comfortable in this space. Host was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The property could use an additional dehumidifier but perhaps that is all of Venice. We would stay here again.

The property itself is nice and spacious. However, the communication with the hotel staff was really bad. We got to Venice around 11 pm. The hotel manager (Marco) gave us the wrong code to the entrance and didn't tell us the apartment number either. He simply told us that the keys would be on the door. After almost 20 hours trip from US, we were exhausted and kids were completely melt-down after finding out that we could not get to the property using the code they gave us previously. We called the hotel and no one answered the phone either. Luckily, a group of nice French ladies and gentlemen who stayed at the same property let us in and actually helped us find the apartment keys (actually under the door mat!). Without them, we could have slept on the street! My recommendation is that if you choose to stay there, please make sure to get the right code to enter the property.

Amazing accommodation

Brilliant location, so close to walk to the main sights and not far either from Rialto bridge where the water taxi from the airport drops off and picks up from. Lovely apartment, modern clean and comfortable beds. The only down side was that although the sign in the bathroom said please leave shower running for a while to allow hot water to come through, I found that on two of the three days staying there, I had to have cold showers as the water temperature did not increase in the en suite. At least my friend managed to always get hot showers in the main bathroom. Aside from that I have nothing bad to say and I am fussy. The shared courtyard garden was amazing to chill out in to escape the tourists at the start and end of the day. I loved my time staying there and the lovely lady Nayda (probably spelt this wrong) was so helpful in showing us recommendations to visit on the map and bringing us a spare key when we accidentally managed to lock ourselves out, our own fault and no reflection on the accommodation. Stay there, you won’t regret it!

Deliziosa struttura all'interno di un palazzo storico bellissimo. La sala da pranzo e il salotto si affacciano su questo piacevole cortile interno molto curato, mentre le camere si affacciano sul retro della casa senza vista. Completano due bagni spettacolari interamente rivestiti in pietra, con docce spaziose e raffinate.
