This refined tourist location combines modern comfort and an authentic Venetian atmosphere, enhanced by an exclusive terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, from which the famous Rialto Bridge can also be admired: a unique scenario, perfect for panoramic breakfasts or moments of relaxation at sunset.

The apartment features a fully equipped open-space kitchen with a living area, ideal for spending pleasant moments together. The double bedroom offers maximum comfort thanks to the walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with bathtub. A second bedroom with separate beds and an additional shower bathroom.

The property is located directly on Strada Nova, the main pedestrian artery of Venice, rich with shops, restaurants and services: a lively and extremely convenient location for moving easily around the city. Moreover, it is situated just 2 minutes from the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop, served by line 1, which allows reaching St. Mark's Square in about 20 minutes, as well as the train and bus stations in a simple and direct manner.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the guest.

Wonderful Grand Canal Apartment

Wonderful location, apartment was just as shown in photos. Very helpful with check-in and other arrangements and questions before and during our visit. Area is very comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being so close to everything. Instructions regarding hours that A/C operates were a bit confusing (different times shown in different rooms of the apartment).
