Magnificent loft located in the heart of the historic centre in the San Polo District. The magnificent terrace of this apartment offers a view of the most beautiful point of the Grand Canal (where the Historic Regatta of Venice ends). The apartment consists of a spacious open space with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a complete and independent kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and, precisely, the magnificent terrace (altana) overlooking the Grand Canal. Possibility of two extra beds upon request. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
