The apartment is located in the Historic Centre of Venice in the Sestiere of Cannaregio. The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a magnificent garden (shared with another apartment but with a reserved table), a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with a single bed plus an extra pull-out bed and a bathroom with a shower. Maximum capacity 4 people. The apartment, together with 4 other apartments, makes up the Flowery Residence. Very quiet area and convenient to the main attractions of the city. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

It was a great residence with a semi private garden. It was clean and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small problem in the main bathroom shower. The shower head is broken and leaks and needs to be repaired. Outside of that it was a wonderful place, well located, and well maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice! The location was in a great safe location —easy to walk to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially the laundry machine. The host was welcoming and made everything simple. We’d happily stay here again!
