The bedroom floor hat a sticky stain from a drink or so, clearly not cleaned wet. Bathroom had hairs. There where lots of flies coming from the sewage, most probably. No functioning air conditioning. It was really cold inside. The main door didn't close properly from outside. Some cardboard leftovers in one room as well as a "skeleton" of a chair without seating surface. Only positive aspekts: location, friendly check in and check out. Fruits and cookies as a welcome gift.

Great location, close to all major sites! We took a water taxi and the port was only a minute walk from the place which was great with luggage. Had two bathrooms which is a bonus. Host was very friendly and responsive.
