  • Restored in June 2019, bright basement, with all the comforts and appliances. 15 minutes from Piazza S. Marco and a few steps from the beach. The windows overlook a garden, away from the noise and the typical crowd of Venice. Convenient to visit Venice and the islands of the lagoon, being just a few meters from the vaporetto terminal. ideal for a family or two couples, possibility to add 2 beds on the sofa bed
