Part of the (14th-century) Leoni Palace, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxury apartment measuring 75 square metres. Located at the level of the canal bridge—but NOT affected by flooding—the apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms with double beds, and a small bathroom with a large shower and all amenities. All rooms offer a stunning view of the Venetian canal. Every room features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and the master bedroom includes a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime.
Casa Manina has been completely renovated while preserving its historic interior heritage. Every corner of the house reflects its rich history. The classic yet minimalist furnishings complement the historic artwork and stone walls, highlighting the building’s unique character. Upon your arrival, we will need to take a photocopy of your documents to register your personal information at the police station, in accordance with current laws.
