Casa del Sole Bed & Breakfast - Panoramic loft in Venice city center

  • Attic of 45 mt2 full of sun and light, the top floor of a Venetian building of 1925, with a wooden terrace and unparalleled views of the city. It can accommodate two to four people with double bed to mirrors in the attic room and comfortable sofa bed for two more people in the living area, even if Sergio and Flavia prefer only accommodate two people or families of three / four people, in fact we prefer NOT accept two couples as the loft is small and with little privacy for four adults. Breakfast is included and self, my wife Flavia will you find in house, coffee, tea, herbal teas homemade jam, butter, bread, rusks and biscuits, yogurt and fresh fruit, and finally an aromatic Homemade brandy. Casa del Sole is equipped with private bathroom with toilet & shower & bidet, hair dryer, various soaps and courtesies bath, heating, air conditioning, Internet access with free WiFi and computer station, satellite TV Flat Screen International with more than 500 channels World accessible, Dolby surround System Sereo, small art historical library with books and guides in various foreign languages, board games and a free city map on arrival will be delivered with the most important information. In the small kitchen area is NOT allowed to cook with gas fire, but only heated foods with power tools, Microwave, Toaster, Refrigerator and Coffee machine / tea.
    Casa del Sole with separate entrance, is located on the top floor but no elevator, just above our apartment where we live and thus guaranteeing our constant presence in case of further needs and / or information; still in full output range and return dates with keys provided to the Guests,
    The attic is very quiet and allows you to enjoy the bright Venetian dawns on you prepared for a breakfast on the terrace, to the sound of the bells of nearby churches ... and especially the beautiful sunsets to enjoy dining by candlelight or just sipping a glass of good wine.
    As previously reported, a few steps from Casa del Sole: pharmacy, and Taverns Pizzerias, florist, bakery, bakery, supermarket, outdoor market, police station and hospital

The two upper floors that we stayed in were very clean and well appointed. Flavia greeted us and showed us everything including the food that was left there for our breakfasts during our stay. She apologized for the low ceilings, unexpected, but manageable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location.

What an amazing view.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for us, tons of restaurants and shopping near by and Saint Marc’s was just a few minutes away! The homemade jam was delicious and the rooftop patio was beautiful.

We absolutely loved this property, the location was great, the deck was amazing, and it was so easy to to get everything. We ended up making dinner several nights and eating on the deck... that view was perfect for morning breakfast and evening dinners. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Oasis

Casa del Sole was such a welcoming and cozy apartment. We absolutely loved our stay. Sergio and Flavia have thought of everything and we were very comfortable. Rooftop apartment

We stayed 5 days for our honeymoon. This property is everything that is advertised and more. The host are more than accommodating. If you plan to stay in Venice I highly recommend this property. Close walk to shops and restaurants and maybe a 7 minute walk to st Marco square.

Incredible View!

Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment.

Fantastic Apartment

Despite the four flour walk-up, I would stay in this apartment anytime. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean with so many extra touches for our comfort. The view from the terrace is breathtaking - either with breakfast or a final glass of wine at sunset. The breakfast options were great!

Perfect location in Venice

We loved this place. It was quite spacious, an ideal location for many attractions and transportation in Venice, great terrace, hosts were very responsive before and during our visit. It’s on the 4th floor so requires walking up stair each day but we managed just fine! I highly recommend.

Wonderful property with panoramic deck overlooking the city. Close to a nice grocery store. Nice basic kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Our stay at Casa del Sole was wonderful! Flavia greeted us and explained everything. Beautiful apartment with great space. The ceilings are low in spots so taller people be aware. My husband is 6'2 and had to duck a lot. The location is great. Just a couple minutes from San Marco and San Zaccariaa but quiet. The views from the incredible. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay in Venice!

Three Perfect Days in Venice

This was an absolutely lovely, spacious flat with a stunning view from the rooftop terrace. Sergio and his wife were outstanding hosts and had all kinds of little goodies on hand, such as basic groceries and lots of toiletries, that you don't see in most Italian rentals. There are 79 steps up (not so pleasant when you're carrying your luggage), but when you're watching the sun go down from the deck with a glass of wine and a plate of salumi, you really don't care!

Venice Nest

4 floors up the stairs was worth it for this delightful and colorful studio/apartment in Venice. The hosts were wonderful and thought of EVERYTHING!! Including adding their own touch such as providing their own apple marmalade on top of many other food items we would normally have to buy at a local market. The roof terrace is another great thing this place has and yes, it is close and walking distance to everything one would need to see in Venice.
