Ca' Pestrin is an entire historic Venetian two-story apartment whose origins date back to around the year 800. Completely renovated, the 120 square meter house offers privacy from the historic entrance floor to the first floor with multiple 19th-century frescoes. Located in the exclusive San Marco district of Venice, just minutes away from every point of interest, 7 minutes from Piazza San Marco, and 5 minutes from Rialto. An enchanting stay awaits you here at Ca' Pestrin.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this splendid residence is ideal for families, groups of friends, and any other type of travelers.
The property features a King-size Suite (on the first floor) with a private bathroom, 4K smart TV, and equipped with every comfort. Additionally, there is a Queen-size double bedroom, a room with a single bed, a first living/sitting area with a sofa bed on the ground floor, two fully equipped bathrooms, two kitchenettes, and finally another complete and equipped living area on the first floor, enhanced by its 19th-century frescoed ceiling.
Both bathrooms offer a shower cabin, complete sanitary ware, a hairdryer, and a "Welcome Kit" consisting of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.
Customized compartments are also available to accommodate all your personal belongings. In addition to towels of various sizes and bathrobes, bed sheets and blankets, there are cotton slippers provided by the house.
You will find two kitchenette areas at your disposal. On the ground floor, there is the 1st kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink, while on the first floor, you will find the 2nd kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, kettle, toaster, Lavazza capsule coffee machine, fridge/freezer, sink, and all utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Both very cozy and bright living areas are equipped with 4K Ultra HD smart TVs (Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc.), Wi-Fi connection, and a comfortable sofa bed.
