This apartment is perfect for up to 3 guests and is located just a short distance from the city, famous for its 118 islands connected by over 400 bridges and crossed by countless navigable canals.



    The property features two spacious bedrooms—one single and one double—each with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include air conditioning, security doors, and a reserved parking space.



    The house is 500 metres from the Venezia-Mestre train station and 100 metres from the number 2 bus stop, which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes, with departures every 15 minutes. Within a few hundred metres, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and a pharmacy.



    The tourist tax is applied according to local regulations. Cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly. Guests can receive helpful advice on transport and information about cultural sites and attractions in the area.

Super Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Pros: Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit zwei Badezimmern, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn- Esszimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Geschirrspülmaschine, großer Kühl- Gefrierschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. Super Cons: Nichts
