Bright and recently renovated apartment located between the city center and the exhibition area of the Venice Biennale, equipped with all the amenities suitable for short and long stays.

Nice and cozy apartment consisting of a large living area with sofa bed and kitchen island, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Recently restored, it is equipped with every comfort and it is therefore suitable also for longer stays.

Special attention is dedicated to families with small children as the staircase access to the apartment is equipped with safety gates.

Wunderschöne Zeit in Venedig

Wir waren zu dritt (mit unserem Sohn) hier zu Besuch. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist fantastisch - zentrumsnah und doch nicht überlaufen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt, was zu beachten ist. Die Küche ist ausreichend. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, waren 2 Weingläser (dafür waren jedoch Wassergläser vorhanden ;-) ). Supermärkte sind gleich in der Nähe. Diese haben auch bis 20:00 Uhr mindestens geöffnet. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
