We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels.

Great location let than a mile from St Marks Square but far enough to be quiet. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Very close to water boat that transferred us from Plaza

This place has been "partially" remodeled. The kitchen is very old and the sink was clogged before we used it. No shower gel, shampoo and soap bar available, even we asked for them. We ended up to a local store to buy them. The pictures look better than the real situation. A storage space under the stairs was filled with smelly wet towls and cleaning stuff. It is worthy for the host/management to update the kitchen and use a better door lock to secure the apartment. I gound this prperty via Expedia because I trusted Expedia's reputation. Now I need to think it twice.

Családi üdüléshez ideális Velencében

Kitűnő helyen, gyalog is 10 perc alatt elérhető a központ, vaporettó megállók közelében van a szállás, ugyanakkor bevásárlás és olcsó ét5kezési lehetőség is adott. Tehát ideális a környék családi pihenéshez és a szállás is kényelmes, jól felszerelt, tiszta.
