The apartment is definitely spacious: 140 bright sqm, recently completely renewed. The high ceilings, typical of venetian palaces, make the environment elegant and charming. 2 large double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 large living area with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is 7 minutes on foot from Saint Mark\'s square.
The apartment has been completely renovated. Air conditioning units are located in every room and options can be set individually in order to provide the desired comfort to every guest.
The apartment location is very convenient : well connected to the airport, and train/bus station and at the same time few minutes walking from the main sights. The quiet neighbourhood will ensure the rest you need to explore the city.

The apartment is located in the District of Castello (the districts in Venice are called Sestieri) but it is adjacent to the most famous and renowned Sestiere of the city: San Marco.
The apartment’s area is quiet and free of tourists, especially during the evening… Trust me: sleep well and quiet is a great secret to have the energy to visit (and walking) all Venice!
Near the house there are some famous monuments (e.g. Basilica San Giovanni e Paolo and the Bridge of Sights), secret places to discover (like the bookstore Libreria Acqua Alta) and some of the most good restaurants of the city.

This apartment was very clean and the perfect amount of space for my family. The sofa has been very "loved" and therefore coming apart and there were holes behind the doors of missing drywall. All in all you can tell that it is a rental property. The communication was fantastic, it was very clean, and we would stay here again.
Nous étions à Venise durant la biennale des arts. Nous avons profité des bateaux-bus et de nos pieds pour se déplacer, c'est un vrai dépaysement.
L'appartement est très bien situé.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Rialto-Brücke und 10 Minuten vom Markus-Platz entfernt. Trotzdem ist sie etwas abseits des Trubels und sehr ruhig. Also sehr zu empfehlen.
