  • A newly renovated apartment! Consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with panoramic views of the Cannaregio canal and Ponte delle Guglie, equipped with a lift and all comforts: Fridge, TV, Microwave, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Air Conditioning, WI-FI.
    Vaporetto and Alilaguna stop for the airport are below the house. Train station is only 4/5 minutes away from the apartment and easily reachable by foot. The closest supermarket is also 2 minutes walking away from the apartment

Great Location

This apartment was very clean and in a great location. This unit is on the 4th floor and the elevator was not operating during our stay, which didn't bother us. The host was very kind and helped us carry our largest suitcase up the stairs. The apartment was well stocked. We only spent 3 nights in Venice before traveling to other parts of Italy. I will say that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as the other apartments we stayed in. However, overall, we had a great stay and would recommend renting this apartment. The host always responded very quickly to text messages.

Very accommodating

We had booked for 5 ppl as per the listing but we found out it was only for 4 ppl when we arrived, the host was able to accommodate us to their other property that was much bigger and nicer, also the location was great. We had an amazing stay. Thank you
