Large apartment on the third floor of a Grand Canal palazzo with a stunning view on the Accademia and Cà Rezzonico.
Completely restored, it has 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It has got a very large and and state-of-the-art kitchen ideal for cooking adepts! It also has a roof terrace for outside dinners.
Its provided with dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, free ADSL internet access, and Air Conditioning.
Prices are all inclusive (electricity, heating, air conditioning, linens and towels).
Located next to the Accademia Bridge and Santo Stefano Square. San Marco Square is ten minutes away.

This is a fantastic place! Very, very clean, nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked and the host is very friendly and helpful. Easy to check-in and out. Wonderful location.

Family trip to Venice

Hugues was a great host and his place exceeded our expectations. Big, beautiful and in a wonderful, quiet and very convenient location in San Marco right on the Grand Canal. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Amazing views and close to everything!

We loved this place. You could wake up every morning and watch the boats on the Grand Canal. It was close enough to walk anywhere you needed.

Simply stunning in amazing location

We stayed in Hugue’s wonderful apartment as our Venice base. The apartment is spacious and stunning - with comfortable furnishings and beautiful artworks. A lovely little roof top terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy an afternoon wine. Situated so conveniently close to cafes and restaurants and a short walk to key attractions. Highly recommend this wonderful accomodation.

Great, classic apartment on the Grand canal with excellent communication with the owner. Loved the kitchen and great room. Could use some shower curtains in the bath. Definitely recommended!

Perfect Venice experience

The apartment has an amazing location overlooking the canal high up on the top floor where you can see the sun set and the evening lights on the palazzos across the way. The set-up was perfect for our group with more than enough space for everyone and a convenient elevator for the ones that needed it. And the hosts were very friendly and helpful !

Oh the views!!!

This apartment had the most ultimate views. We were right on the water and in the mix of everything. The apartment itself was truly amazing. The host who lived right next door was so helpful. He even helped us call a water taxi to meet our train. This is a must stay if you are visiting Venice.

Venice Dream

Four of us stayed in this beautiful apartment overlooking the Grand Canal. The apt is spacious, beautifully furnished and in a charming neighborhood. The owner, Hugo, was there to greet us when we arrived and provided all the info we needed about the apt plus restaurant recommendations, water bus info and even a water taxi to the airport for our return. We can’t say enough good things about this rental experience and we hope to be able to return.

Quiet neighborhood with awesome views!

We had a beautiful stay with an amazing view of The Grand Canal. Just a couple of stops from San Marco but extremely quiet location. The lift was out so it does make it difficult for large baggage but our host helped and was extremely helpful throughout. Gave some great restaurant recommendations such as "Guna," and was very pleasant. Be sure to keep a close eye on the water bus schedules as many of them only run from 1000~1700 at the closest bus location.

Lovely Stay

This property was clean, well appointed, and much larger than expected. It was more than enough space for our multigenerational family of 5. The views were spectacular. It was conveniently located for all our activities and meeting points. Be aware, because it's Venice, all the floors are slanted a bit, just a reality of the region. Both Hugo and his son were beyond helpful and made us feel at home. My only difficulty was the mattresses. They were too hard for me and I had to sleep on the couch cushions. Other than that we had such a fantastic stay. Thank you!!

San Marco, Accademia, & Santo Stefano Area Gem

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay June 12 - 15, 2024, in this 3 bedrooms + 3 bath apartment with easy to access roof top deck veranda with table and chairs. Hugo was a wonderful, gracious, accessible, responsive, and nice host. Short vaporetto ride from Santa Lucia train station. The view out the drawing room windows overlooks the grand canal with a view of the Accademia bridge. Short walk to Campo Santo Stefano, Piazza San Marco, Campo San Barnaba. Ease of access to major Venetian attractions, as well as, the quiet neigborhoods, and sections of venice.

Absolutely fabulous!

Hughes was wonderful helping us to get to the home after leaving our car at parking. The location is fantastic. Very close to Academia bridge and close to lots of stores and restaurants. The home was very clean with plenty of sleeping and lounging space. Five of us. None under age of 17. Great air conditioning. The views are the best! Super great host who is incredibly knowledgeable, available, and helpful. Dinner recommendation was one of the best places we ate while there. We would stay there again, for sure! Don't pass this up.

Best View of the Grand Canal

We were a group of mothers in our 60's and daughters in their 30's and had a fabulous stay here in Venice. I booked the flat months ahead because of its beauty and location and was still spell bound when I walked into the huge living room overlookingthe Grand Canal. Its mesmerizing and I could spend hours just watching life happen below. This is my 6+ time visiting Venice and this view from here of the Grand Canal has been my very favorite because the Canal narrows here and I felt so close to the other side. None of the buildings across the Canal were being renovated so there were hours in the morning when the sun shown on the opposite side and the ancient architecture just glowed. 3 very large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, elevator, a/c and quite large kichen were loved by all of us. The terrace was great too. Its wonderful to be in this quiet area away from crowds but quick access to 2 vaporetto stops also. The owner always responded and we used Whatsapp. This would be my go to place on my next visit to Venice, there's always another visit here.
