Attic Design Terrace

The Attic Design apartment is located on the third and top floor of a building overlooking a quiet canal that flows into the majestic Giudecca Canal. We are behind the Guggenheim Museum, in one of the most elegant and exclusive areas of Venice. Recently renovated, the apartment is bright and carefully detailed, with modern and design furnishings. It features wooden floors, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a round dining table, a cosy living room with sofa, armchairs and satellite TV, as well as a small service bathroom with sink and WC. The sleeping area hosts two spacious rooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed. Magnificent private terrace. The property is completed by a second bathroom, equipped with a comfortable bathtub. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
