Locazione Turistica IT027042B4D3DEH6W7This apartment is located in the Centrale Mazzoni condominium, a well-known architectural work recovering the former thermal power plant built by the architect and engineer of the Minister of Communications of the fascist twenty years between 1933 and 1937. It is a large apartment of 80 square meters with a large panoramic terrace on the fourth floor with elevator. It consists of a living area, sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment has heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sofa bed, TV LED, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia from which you can reach Rialto, San Marco and Lido with line 1. To reach Marco Polo airport you can take the bus or taxi to Piazzale Roma. In addition, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Guglie, Ghareetto and Cannenta area Gio, where there are many excellent quality bars and restaurants that are not very touristy. Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.

Huge apartment, clean, close to train station

My family of four, and my mom recently stayed here. The apartment was perfect for us, it was big and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Our personal favorite was the rooftop patio with a view of all of Venice! Super clean, and really conveniently located, we were able to easily walk to and from the train station.

Venice is beautiful

The apartment is modern and beautiful and close to everything. Comfortable although the stove doesn’t work. The child protection feature on the stove couldn’t be turned off and it beeped the entire stay. Annoying. Will never book group managed VRBO again.

Worst Appartement ever

I liked the view from the terrasse I booked the apartment because the photos looked very nice and we wanted to spend a cozy weekend, but everything turned out differently. The apartment looked really good at first glance, but the bathrooms and especially the mirrors were more than just dirty. One bathroom was almost impossible to enter because there was always water in it and the floor was ice cold. The couch in the living room is broken and you couldn't really sit on it. There was about 35 degrees in the Appartement when we arrive - it was so hot and because it was so hot aoutside the climate couldn’t cool the rooms down till Sunday. And last but not least, unfortunately, my parents forgot their money in the apartment - even though I wrote to them straight away via WhatsApp, they apparently couldn't find anything. I was repeatedly told that someone would get in touch, but there was no answer. I always have to ask. That's not customer-friendly at all. I also repeatedly asked whether the wet floor in the bathroom had been checked - I didn't get an answer. For that much money, that's unacceptable.

Absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. The place was great with the separate rooms and the fabulous terrace to watch the city and sunsets

Déçus par l'agence

Bel appartement mais équipement non adapté : un four mais pas de plat allant au four, plaque à induction mais une poêle non compatible (et une Tefal inutilisable , 1 petit torchon pour 5 pendant 5 jours ). Globalement inadapté pour faire la cuisine... En complément l'agence se déclare joignable même la nuit mais ce n'est pas le cas même le jour !
