The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, overlooking the garden, a few steps from Strada Nova, the most important artery that connects the train station with Piazza San Marco.
It is a 3-minute walk from the vaporetto stop at Ca 'd'Oro, 10 minutes from the Alilaguna vaporetto stop from Marco Polo airport and a 15-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station.
From here you can leave for your trips and visit all the beautiful city of Venice, or to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, the first famous for the production of artistic glass, the second for the production of lace and the typical boats Venetian and the third to be the cradle of civilization Venetian. Upon your return, you can relax in a cozy apartment equipped with every comfort before spending the evening in one of the many local typical of the area, where you can taste the goodness of Venetian cuisine.

Love Love Love, Georgio & Gaby. Venice is also a remarkable place. Location was fantastic walking distance to everything. Beautiful apartment. Had everything and felt very much at home.

Perfect quiet location for wonderful Venice exploration

This property was clean, quiet, and had excellent management. The location is perfect for exploring all Venice has to offer. It’s also tucked away in a quiet spot allowing for restful recharging after busy days. Kitchen was great for cooking your own meals. Grocery store very nearby for stocking up. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others as well. Management made sure we could easily find it and checkin was smooth and efficient.

Great apartment in Venice

We are a family traveling from Canada. We have been to many accommodations while traveling in Europe. This accommodation is located in a perfect spot, close to a market, good restaurants, boat bus and plenty of boutiques. The accommodation was clean, they provided us with everything we needed and the communication was easy. Giorgio and Gaby are good host and great at welcoming us. We recommend this place.

Venice short stay

Georgia and Gabriella could not have made us feel more welcome. Great location with all amenities as advertised. Near the action, but very quiet at night. Georgio called our tour group to confirm a meeting location, supplied directions and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. It was a wonderful way to start our adventure in Italy.

Terrific bright and quiet ground floor accommodation.

Wonderful, spacious and bright accommodation in Venice. Add to this a quiet location in an area where the locals live, with restaurants that offer fresh fish dishes at reasonable prices and you have everything needed for a great stay in Venice. Gabriella was a terrific host and shared lots of ideas for local restaurants to try. Her apartment was clean and private with all the facilities required for a perfect stay in Venice.

A fantastic place to stay. Very quiet and safe. Very close to a number of water bus stops so you could access different lines. Close enough to walk to everything. The communication before our stay was excellent with great instructions on how to get where we needed to be. Gabriella escorted us to the apartment showed us how everything worked. She was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and places to visit. If I go to Venice again I would stay here.

Awesome apartment — perfect location in Venice!

We stayed in Venice for 3 nights and this apartment was perfect. Giorgio was very responsive to our inquiries before the trip, gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and met us at the water taxi to show us to the apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the ammenities we needed. The location was great—nice neighborhood and easy to access the sights of Venice. Thank you for a wonderful accommodation, Giorgio—we appreciated your hospitality!!! We both loved our visit to Venice!

Giorgio and Gabriella were excellent hosts for our stay in Venice. Great communication before and during our stay and some flexibility made our visit perfect for our family. The house was as described and in a great area, away from the busy crowds but close enough to everything and easy to get to. The house was clean and well equipped and the AC was a welcome relief in the heat. We took up Georgio on some recommendations for food and of course Gelato….all were great. We will definitely look to stay again when we return to Venice. Thanks to you both for a great stay.

Great stay in Venice!

From booking until the moment we departed we had such a nice stay in Venice. Georgio and Gabriella were so helpful giving us specific directions in a hard-to-navigate place and ideas for places to visit. The lodging itself is well located - quiet but an easy walk to anywhere. If walking isn’t in your plans there’s also a vaporetto (water bus) stop very close. It was just two of us but the accommodations would also be great for a family. When we get to come back to Venice we will definitely look up Georgio and Gabriella again. Grazie!

Fantastic!

We loved this place. The host was awesome. He told us the best places to go--including the best gelato. We tried 6 different gelato places in Venice, and he was right. The unit is near a grocery store and near everything else you could need. It was a hot weekend but its air conditioner kept us cool and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Hopefully, we will be back!

Wonderful Service but watch out for musketos

When arriving in Venice look for the water taxi signage on the floor and this will bring you to the where all the water taxi stands are. Be prepared for musketos. They will swarm you like like flies on well you know what I mean and you will be there sting for a while. Onto the best part of the experience in Venice.... We arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and Gorgio our host accommodated us without hesitation. Gorgio actually met us at the point of debarkation and help us with our luggage to the apartment. A true gentlemen and full of advice as to restaurants, tours and point of interest. The apartment has a huge loft and is very modern and comfortable. the best thing is that is is very central and easy to get to once you walk around a bit. Especially if you get lost you pay more attention to your surroundings. The City is beautiful and our tour was well worth the money. When booking ask Gorgio who he would recommend for tours and he will provide the info. I would certainly recommend this VRBO property to anyone who is travelling to Venice. Dealing with this host was very easy and meeting Gorgio was a pleasure.

What a gem in the heart of Venice

Wow! The reviews were good which is why I chose this apartment, but what we found on arrival was even better than expected. Such a well planned, comfortable and beautiful little apartment. Although the apartment was essentially one room, it's so clever how bookcases are used to create a twin room and a double room and a living area. This suited us perfectly. Then of course there's a fully equipped kitchen and fantastic bathroom. All clean and a lovely cool oasis so close to everything in Venice. We were very tired on arrival, and having somewhere so nice to pop back to meant we could explore Venice in little bursts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Gabriella appeared like a magic genie at the bridge near the apartment just as we arrived and guided us to where we were staying. The communication via WhatsApp beforehand was so comprehensive and helpful, including really detailed travel directions, and the welcome was the warmest we've ever received on holiday. Gabriella also provided lots of good recommendations of places to eat etc. The attention to detail in the apartment is so good. We really appreciated having four different coloured towels so we didn't muddle up who's is who's! We were worried about mosquitos before coming to Venice, but we didn't get many bites and most were from outside. Possibly my review seems to good to be true, so I'll point out the peddle on the kitchen bin didn't work, so you know this is a genuine guest reporting back!! Thank you!
