  • The apartment is located in Calle della Misericordia (new road) 5 minutes from the railway station near the Papadopoli gardens, the nearest waterbus stop Ferrovia.
    The newly built attic is located on the first floor of a house set in a quiet and peaceful setting with a shared garden and consists of a large open plan living room / kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
    The kitchen is complete and equipped and functional, there are the oven, the refrigerator, the American coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub and there is a washing machine.
