"We arrived late around 9pm from driving all day, the check in is through a machine you have to type in your reservation in a computer and it was fine just a lot extra to do, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, toilet very loud and we could hear everyone around us! The breakfast was okay, food options were good. It was super empty but good parking (free) and I would stay again if it was only for an overnight stay "

She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. "A beautiful inn with very friendly accommodating staff. This was an unexpected stop on our trip and we enjoyed it very much. "

"Basic at best. Location is on the outskirts of town in a petrol station. Bit of a walk (15min) into the town. Breakfast was really poor. There was no lighting as overhead lights had failed. (I did see people working on them the previous night, but obviously did not fix them). We had cycled from London to Paris. No bike storage, but staff said we could keep them stored in a conference room downstairs. "

"This venue is truly a family home. The family lives in and runs the Villa. They were lovely hosts. The villa itself is a historic home and the family offered us the chance to read about its history, which made our stay even more memorable. If I am ever in this area again, it would be a place I would gladly return to."
