From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, they even managed to book a train trip for us which at such late notice was no mean feat! The food was delicious, the room beautifully decorated and the amenities extremely well maintained.
We took the complimentary sunset cruise and did a cooking class which was a lot of fun.

The best thing we did in India the houseboat exceeded expectations. The facilities were amazing, the staff brilliant and the tour fun. The food was the best we had and the whole experience really good value. We only wish we had booked for longer.

The waterfront view was exceptional from the balcony. The staff were helpful and eager to please all round.
However, the room house keeping was less than optimal. On one day the room cleaning was missed entirely even when the “Please clean the room” sign was on display all day outside the room.
That said, we still plan to return to Niraamaya Resort Kumarakom in the future.

From the momen we were met at the Cochin airport we knew we had made the right decision with choosing The Raheem Residency. Nothing was to much trouble.
The pool area was wonderfully quite and tranquil. The Restuarant served beurtiful Indian food and the view to the ocean perfect. Sheen the manager, was extremely helpfull in making suggestions for activities and went out of his way to make our stay perfect

Room was clean and the air conditioning had been on, so we entered to a cool room. The food was exceptionally healthy.
All the staff were great but the standouts were Daniel k and Prousha. They both went above and beyond to make a wish of mine come true.
