"Great property in a great location, right in the middle of the action In Tamarindo. The complex it is located in is very large with a huge resort style pool and lush, well-maintained grounds. Going out the property gate puts you right on the main strip where you have lots of restaurant and shopping options and you are also just across the street from the beach. "We were looking for a family friendly place to start our vacation and we certainly found just what we were looking for here. It met or exceeded all our expectations and turned out to be a calm and relaxing place, not too far from beaches and food, and the owners are super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond, to make sure our experience was exceptional. I'd highly recommend this place to friends and would come back here to stay again in the future."

"This spot is an amazing balance between privacy and location to the beach. You’re up high enough to have amazing views of the ocean and sunset while at the same time being able to walk to the beach and be close to town. The private pool was a much needed bonus to the experience as well. Having contact with the Rich Coast team was also super helpful navigating activities and questions about our stay.
