The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. AC Hotel Iberia Las Palmas
The front desk staff was very helpful! Javier in particular got us where we wanted to be by looking up bus schedules and even printed them off for us. Cleaning staff always greeted us a a smile and hello.
