60m² three-bedroom apartment for six people in a lovely residence with a very large south-facing balcony offering exceptional views of the Fare waterfall and the Grandes Rousses mountain range.
Privileged location: 200m by funicular from the ski lifts, shops (bakery, delicatessen), tourist office, and leisure center (ice rink, swimming pool, bowling alley, sledding).

Small residence type chalet, very well located close to everything but quiet, located very close to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, as well as the ice rink and bowling. very nice service with breathtaking views.
