"Sometime it is better to listen to the customer view rather than picking a fight with him. Though the property was amazing, I had a set back with the attitude of the reception lady who didn't make any afford to up sale the next type of room (Ac room), neither did she even mentioned it to me. She simply assumed my booking was correct and for a 4 star property, that was very off. You don't pick a fight with a customer especially when he is giving you a feedback about a booking engine which...

"After a little bit of hassle checking in, as it was all done by a screen in the lobby which didn’t allow us to pay so had to contact the main office. The reception staff were there after 1700 for a few hours to answer any of our questions. The rooms were clean but very basic. The breakfast was simple but very adequate to set us up for the day. "

"This is a wonderful property and we would love to return someday. Service was great. Breakfast was traditional French, which we loved. Scenery was great with the trout ponds. Was very relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were great as well."

"A perfect place to stay after a day of driving across Europe on route to your final destination. Quiet, well priced, clean, comfortable bed, lovely shower. While the town seems sparse, there’s a selection of supermarkets and restaurants as well as a Designer Outlet locally. This is not a holiday destination but when you need a good rest after a long drive it’s exactly what you need. "
