"The room was clean and well maintained. the staff was courteous and very helpful. There was at least 4 languages available at the front desk and any given time. The bar had good food and fresh local seasonal beer. The location by the Rotonde for parking and tram access was incredibly convenient and a very affordable way to have unlimited access to the Strasbourg transit system. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back."

"Our stay at Hannong Hôtel & Wine Bar was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel’s ambiance is elegant yet cozy, perfectly fitting its central Strasbourg location. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. What truly made the experience special was the staff and service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. My wife was especially touched by the thoughtful gestures shown to our toddler son—surprising him with a gingerbread man cookie and a small Christmas gingerbread-scented wax ornament. These little details made us feel truly welcomed as a family. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and exceptional, heartfelt hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it."
