"This is a very nice hotel. We stayed for four nights .We liked everything except for the fact that they only cleaned our room once. I was told we would have it cleaned every day. They did offer us a credit when we checked out, but we are heading right to the airport so just a heads up to people to keep on top of house cleaning to ensure you get your room cleaned daily"

"The rooms in the main tower are rather nice and updated. The rooms in the other wings definitely need some work. Overall a nice hotel with a good conference space. Very convenient to restaurants and basic needs shopping, which is good since the in-hotel food options are wildly expensive."

"We were a little taken back by the people living on the streets and the drug use but obviously that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The only negative was the room key would deactivate every time we left the room. But the staff was extremely helpful despite being extremely busy with cruisers such as our ourselves. They were extremely efficient and the morning of our cruise they arranged Travel for us to get to the cruise terminal and we were extremely impressed with the efficiency of that process having so many guests using the same service. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed walking to market and the restaurants nearby. We very well could stay there again despite the drug use of homeless people. That was the only time we did not feel safe walking in the area. Again that was not any fault of the hotel! Just want to make that known when booking with them and what to be prepared for."
