"Unexpected fees for parking, room service, and “continental breakfast”. No on sight parking and very few options for their continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self looks clean, but there is a weird smell in the halls and there were splatters from a previous guest on the wall. Also, the handle to the bath faucet was difficult to pull out to turn on the water and it felt like it was going to fall off. The window in the room opens which is great, but there are no safety features to prevent falling out and the window was difficult to close all the way due to warped vinyl from weather."

"I usually stay one night before I fly out for a trip. I park there while I'm away. I've always been treated with kindness by staff and never had issues with parking. Every time I try something different, I end right back at Hilton properties. I adore the little things they do to welcome me as a Hilton member. "

"The room was clean and comfy, the AC worked hard for sure. The walls are I do believe cardboard, can hear everything. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was yummy for most of the days, one day the fruit just wasn’t ripe. The shower water had okay pressure, but would randomly it would be super weak for like 5 minutes and freezing cold, then turn back up and be super hot. Parking is also insanely expensive for the area. Had cocktails and dessert there, the tiramisu was truly the worst thing I’ve ever had, tasted like bad eggs. The cocktails were very strong which is good for the price. Overall didn’t hate it but glad I got a deal. "

"Very walkable area, close to the monorail. Can walk to Pike Market. Great food and bars nearby. Hotel was clean, service was great. The elevator was a little finicky but the building is pretty old. Nonetheless, a great experience. "

"I was traveling just for a weekend. The first night my sibling woke up because they felt itchiness. We found a bed bug on their bed. I had requested a room change. The receptionist was very nice and helped me out with it. But told me another room wouldn’t be ready until past 11am. Which was fine, I went sight seeing and when coming back later on the day. They changed my room. During that process not sure if it was an owner or a manger who requested to see the bed bug. I showed him the picture I took THAT morning. He wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. My sibling now had multiple hives thought out their body. "
