This apartment has been completely renovated in 2018 with high quality materials and refined furnishings. The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, loft and balcony.



Pretty Home is an elegant and refined solution, newly furnished and is equipped with TV, Wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, hairdryer and everything needed for complete use. The bathroom, with a small window, is equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet.



Pretty Home is located in the center of Varenna, just 150 meters from the parking, 400 meters from the train station of Varenna, with trains to and from Milan at all hours, and 300 meters from the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and all the center of the lake.
