"Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

"A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!"

He made life easy with a detailed "instruction manual" that explained everything we needed to know to about the house, from check-in to check-out. "Marco and Daniela are both amazing! Not only did they offer to pick us up and drop us off to the train station, they also offered to drop us to Varenna one of the days! We were welcomed with snacks and Prosecco at the apartment, which also had all of the amenities you will ever need. Could not fault this stay, and looking forward to visiting again! "

"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"The apartment has a nice view and is conveniently located near the town center, as well as a small swimming beach. A coffee-maker with sufficient coffee and a washing machine with two detergent pods were provided and worked well. We hung our clothes to dry, using the many hangers in the closets.
