"Nice little boutique hotel. Great restaurant and bar area. Excellent location, I don't know if you can get much closer to the action. Staff was helpful and we would go back for sure. Walkable to both train stations which was convenient for travel to Milan or other areas. "

"To start, just walking thru the village in Varenna was amazing! Then we got to the piazza that was all lit up with twinkling lights on every tree. The Hotel Royal Victoria didn’t disappoint. The staff was warm and friendly and our room was absolutely beautiful! There was a hand written note and treats waiting for us. The view of Lake Como was incredible. The room was clean and we enjoyed a wonderful nights sleep in the comfortable bed. The breakfast spread and view from every table was a bonus. We hope to return again someday! "

"The first thing that stood out to me was the employees at the front desk. They were very, very good at their job jobs. Very kind very helpful and informative. As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "
