Beware - Not as Advertised

This unit did not come as advertised. Beware!! No TV and No Wifi available during our entire stay. No accommodation from host for this either. Bed was too firm and uncomfortable causing both me and my spouse to sleep very poorly and us to wake up with back pain. Only 2 Pillows provided and they were as thin as a wafer, and very uncomfortable as well. Sounds of neighbors talking came through the walls. A very bright street light shines through the entry door making it difficult to sleep. Entry door has windows and no way to cover the windows to stop the light from coming through. Other than that, the location was great and the condition of the apartment was very nice. We will look for a different alternative next time.

Beautiful apartment for 2 people

Lovely apartment, clean with everything that we needed for our short stay, great location in Varenna with everything within walking distance. Staff at Varenna Holidays were very helpful and always quick to reply to our emails before arriving (nothing was too much trouble). Our apartment was only used to shower and sleep - hardly spent anytime in it, there was too much to see and do!!
