"Our stay would be considered great specially the location (next door to the Arlanda express), close to central station and restaurants, walking distance to Gamla Stan. "Upon check in, the check in system was down so I was waiting around for an hour with no idea when the system would be fixed. This was very dissapointing however they took my concerns seriously and offered a free breakfast the next day as a compensation. Other than this, there were no issues. Compact room was clean and had a nice shower, had the bare essentials (no kettle, no fridge but had a hairdryer) I believe these extras could be borrowed from reception though."

"Week long stay over Xmas to be with children and granddaughter who live locally. The GM Hagersten is well placed for us and convenient for the Tunnelbana for when we need to travel into the city. A comfortable stay and good nights sleep for when the barnbarn has tired us out! Staff, no matter what duty, are always friendly and so attentive.
