Servicen hos personalen var lite svajig i receptionen, hade förväntat oss top top service för det priset. Vi bokade bastu med det hade missats/ glömts bort och fick bl.a. två vänsterfötter i tofflor. Vid utchecknings började dom ta betalt för fel rum och vill ha betalt igen fast vi redan hade betalt i appen. Detta är bara små detaljer men som man på det stora hela drar ner det från 5 stjärnor till 4 stjärnor. Men hotellet är JÄTTE fint och allt annat var jätte bra.
