Overall very clean, modern and does all that you need. Breakfast didn't super wide selection but still good. Gym was good enough for alone training.

Nice new hotel with comfortable bed, fast WiFi (250mbps!), and good breakfast! They do have some on-site parking as well but it’s a tight lot, so no trailers.

Very good hotel with a very good location close to shopping area near by and not far to downtown. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good as well. I would definitely come back.

Hotel worth to be checked out!

It was a nice hotel with very nice staff who was attentive to my needs and serviced me right away. The breakfast was especially good and I daresay it was the best smoothie I have ever had, really good compliments to the chef!

Free parking. But only very limited parkingspaces. Choosed the hotel because of free parking. But there where only about 10 parking spaces. Beside from that very nice hotel, excellent service and cleaning

Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas! Peace & love, Carrie

Loved it!

I really loved the stay here. The breakfast was amazing, the room was gorgeous and the service was excellent! I am definitely coming back! And the location was also super convenient! There were minor cleaning parts that were not up to my expectations when I first got the room, and the last day during check out I found a used snus container under the bed which is still there (room 207). Also it got very hot in the room and there was no way to cool it down since the ac did not work properly and I couldn’t open the window. So the temperature was quite high constantly which I heard other guests also asked about. But I took cold showers to cool myself down. But that is fixable so for upcoming guests it won’t be an issue I suppose. I would have wished for a small fridge for my smoothies that I drank in the evening because they got very warm after an hour due to the room temperature being so high. But other that that I still think it was 10/10! The service was amazing and everyone was so kind! I really loved this hotel! Also the lunch was super delicious!!! And they really try to give you that little extra to make you feel happy! Once again I really loved it!

The Hotel looked tired. The aircon in the room did not work and the windows did not open. The service was good, especially in the restaurant. First time I have ever staed in a Hotel with no phone in the room, wierd. The room could have been cleaner , towel in the bathroom was dirty .

Well worth the money

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet, only the AC was a little louder than what I personally am used to. The sauna at the top floor and the late night pizza bar in the lobby were a nice little addition to an overall good experience.
