Beautiful holiday apartment with panoramic sea views in Varazze just 600 metres from the beaches of Liguria. The balcony with table and chairs has a panoramic position so you can enjoy dinner with a marvellous view. Varazze is a picturesque seaside town just 38 km from Genoa, with a small marina and discos. Ideal location to visit the sanctuary, the Basilica del Santo Bambino di Praga in Arenzano (10km) or to walk along the ancient pilgrimage path that runs along the coast between Noli and Varigotti (32km). Ideal for spending your days on the equipped and child-friendly beaches. You can hire beach towels on request. From the exit of Varazze, and in just 1 km, you can reach the main attractions of the Riviera di Ponente: long sandy beaches, the caves of a prehistoric settlement and the cimitero degli Orsi (Toirano, 51km), the medieval hamlets, the casino of Sanremo, the potteries of Albisola (12km). Climbing on the cliffs of the Ligurian mountains, surfing (Varazze, 3 km), excursions in the Mount Beigua Nature Park (21 km). Swimming pool also suitable for children with lifeguard service. Genoa airport (27 km). ohne auto völlig aufgeschmissen,keine einkaufmöglichkeit in der nähe, nur ein sportrestaurant, wohnung lieblos und laut, gastgeberin freudlos.

Helaas viel de woning gigantisch tegen. Dat terwijl het inchecken soepel verliep en het appartement redelijk schoon was. Het appartement ligt in een groot complex waar alle verf overal afgebladerd is, tegels half door midden zijn en onderhoud al jaren niet lijkt uitgevoerd. De helft van de bewoners van het complex "kampeert" bijna de hele dag van 's ochtends tot 's nachts in en rondom het zwembad waar je uitsluitend met een badmuts een duik mag nemen. Helaas hebben we brandwonden over gehouden aan een kapotte douchekraan waar niks over gezegd is (er spettert koken heet water uit de kraan (muur) zelf, dus je moet aan het andere kant van het bad douchen als je niet wilt verbranden). Er is amper internet beschikbaar, en los van de hoge (schoonmaak) kosten voelden we ons pas echt beroofd toen bleek dat we nog even een flinke extra mochten betalen voor de energiekosten, we hebben onze sterke twijfels daar de hoeveelheid aan verbruik totaal niet klopte en we dit van te voren niet hebben kunnen controleren. Het appartement was voor ons een oncomfortabele plek om te zijn, het complex was verschrikkelijk en we zijn met een gevoel alsof we opgelicht zijn naar huis gegaan. Erg jammer om een vakantie zo met de laatste dagen aan zee zo te moeten afsluiten. Wij zullen hier dan ook nooit meer naartoe gaan en iedereen die hierover nadenkt het sterk afraden.
